The repayment amounts are based entirely on the given interest rate and do not include the charges that would be included with any mortgage product. The repayments shown below are not based on an actual mortgage product, therefore the repayments are not guaranteed and will differ between mortgage products and lenders.

For mortgages we may charge a fee (see below) in addition to commission received from the lender.
A fee based on the size of the loan (see below):
- £295 for mortgages over £150,000
- £345 for mortgages £100,000 to £150,000
- £395 for mortgages under £100,000
The fee is only payable when the mortgage completes.
As a alternative we can work on a pure fee of 1% of the loan. For example a fee of 1% of a loan of £100,000 would result in a fee of £1,000. Please ask for a personalised illustration.
